RATES & POLICIES
RENT: $150-$220 per night, depending on the season. Special weekly and monthly rates are also available (7 days, 6 nights.)
DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit, per reservation, is required to confirm and hold your booking. The balance of the full rental fee is due 90 days before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 60 days cancellation notice is required to have 50% deposit returned. Less than 30 days cancellation notice will forfeit the entire deposit. (If this is a concern for you, travel/trip insurance can be obtained, for a nominal fee, through a travel agent, or online.)
CLEANING: A non-refundable, mandatory, out-cleaning fee of $75.00 is charged. A separate check should be made out to Kaluakoi Villas and given to them upon check-in.
TAXES: Hawaii state taxes of 11.4% will be automatically added to the rental fee.
SMOKING: This is a non-smoking condo. We also ask guests to respect the honored Hawaiian tradition of always removing your shoes while in the house.
DISCLAIMER: Every effort is made to ensure that all equipment is in working order and that the surrounding environment is as pleasing as possible. In the event of an equipment breakdown, we will strive to repair or replace it as soon as possible after being notified of a problem. We cannot guarantee that the television, appliances, etc., will not break down during your stay (especially with the unrelenting salt air) and therefore, no refunds or adjustments will be made for mechanical failure. We cannot take responsiblility for any other unexpected situations beyond our control, such as power outages, insects, weather, nearby construction and the like. Thank you for your understanding.
