Farrah is a wonderful agent.  As a first-time homebuyer, I bought a small house in the Fruitvale.  I never felt like I got less attention from Farrah because I was buying a modest house in a "less desirable" neighborhood (more desirable to me, but that's another story).  I also felt like after looking at just one or two houses, Farrah completely understood what style of house I was looking for, as well as the specific pros and cons I was considering.

Farrah was always very fun to spend time with, professional but relaxed and true to herself.  She also was always on the ball--if I asked her the status of an issue, I could be sure that she had already checked into it.  

My loan process was not easy--I was participating in Oakland's first time homebuyer program, which has lots of requirements and restrictions, and I bought the house from a bank, which was a real pain in the neck--mostly for Farrah!  She never complained and stuck with the process because I loved the house.

Farrah is an extraordinary real estate agent!  I have quirky and unconventional, but also very picky taste in houses.  Farrah immediately picked up on my nuanced aesthetic and found several houses I was very excited about, even within my very limited budget.
