I was born in Berkeley and moved to Walnut Creek in 1957. I graduated from Las Lomas High School in Walnut Creek in 1971 where my twin brother and I were very active in sports. I attended UC Davis and graduated in 1976 and started a career in Information Technology where I worked for over 25 years as a developer, project manager and consultant with several Fortune 100 companies.
I've been listing and selling Real Estate in and around the Diablo Valley area for the past six years. I enjoy mentoring our new agents and provide training in computer related technology and marketing strategy.
Most recently I assisted my friends in the purchase of a home and vineyard in Clayton where we are aspiring winemakers. Our first harvest and production of Sangiovese was a huge success and the 2007 vintage is currently aging in oak barrels. In addition to our Sangiovese, Howling Mountain Vines also produces Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah.

As an active participant in the Education Foundation, I donate a percentage from each of my closed transaction commissions. The Education Foundation was created to acknowledge outstanding public educators for their invaluable contribution to the teaching profession. The Foundation is committed to the process of seeking worthy candidates to receive grants.
