Specific Services

I have been with the Lafayette office of Prudential since 1998 and have over 49 years of knowledge of Lafayette, Moraga, and Orinda including schools, volunteer programs, community activities and business opportunities. Our four (now adult) children all went throught the outstanding Moraga school system--presently I have one grandson going to the Camino Pablo School (K-5) and two granddaughters going to Joaquin Moraga Middle school all in Moraga. I possess strong negotiating skills as a past member of the American Arbitration Association.

I enjoy working with all buyers and sellers, including first time home buyers, and relocation buyers and sellers. If you need a rental in the area, I also have complete information on that market and will be pleased to assist you.
