         This year is Mary Beall’s 29^th year in Real Estate.  Real Estate has been Mary’s chosen career since attending University of Colorado Boulder.  This wealth of experience in residential, investment and new home sales is what her clients rely on.

         Mary owned her own Real Estate and mortgage company for 10 years.  Her experience training over 400 Real Estate agents has kept Mary at the top of the game!

         In 1997 Mary Beall merged her company with Coldwell Banker.  The match has been perfect and successful.  She was consistently one of the top agents in the International Presidents Elite Circle.

         In May of 2004 Mary joined Prudential California Realty where she ended the year as the number two agent in the Prudential California Lafayette office.  In 2007, Prudential chose Mary to serve as the managing broker in their Walnut Creek South office.

         Mary’s husband Jim Neighbor is a Broker with Prudential California Realty in Pleasanton.  Due to the fact that Jim and Mary work in two separate offices they are easily able to cover the entire East Bay.
