Paul Petersen has lived in the Bay Area all of his life. He was born in San Francisco, grew up in Oakland and educated in Bay Area schools. He has watched the Bay Area real estate market evolve over the years and has been helping people buy and sell real estate here for over twenty-five years.
Paul has seen all of the real estate "bubbles" over the years and knows from his own experience the reality of the situation: "We live in one of the best areas in the country to buy real estate." He has sold properties from San Jose to Petaluma, but especially enjoys working with clients in San Francisco and the East Bay.
Paul says, "There is nothing is quite like helping first-time buyers get their dream home... Unless it's helping them to find a new home as their family and needs grow." Paul has worked with many clients who own their own home and are looking to purchase a secondhome or investment property. Buying or selling, first-time purchase or investment property, Paul's experience fits the bill.
Paul is a member of the San Francisco Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, and the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. Paul is a member of the board of governors for the Ohlhoff Foundation.
