Along with our builder, Mike Russell Construction, we build custom homes set to your desired needs.  Mike and Russ have worked together since 1989 and have like minds for detail.  They have worked together on eight projects in Winchester Country Club. 

We serve  the four counties of Placer, Nevada, El Dorado & Sacramento. Russ has been licensed for 29 years.  Let him put local knowledge to work for you!  Debbie has been licensed since June 23, 2008.  Although newly licensed, she has the drive, desire and excitement to do the best she can do for you with her husband, Russ, mentoring her all the way.
