This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located in the Diamond Heights district overlooking downtown San Francisco. Our vision was to give this nicely located unit a Ralph Lauren look and feel with an estimated price tag of ~$14,000 with a quick turn around. 

The new flooring, granite counter tops and ebony black cabinets turned the old galley kitchen into a culinary work of art.

All new light fixtures, door hardware, electrical outlets and coverplates were installed.

Both baths received a low budget make over with new vanities, toilets, mirrors, and shower doors while the tub and surrounds were re-enamelled.
