Introductory Training Session

This is the starting place for all new Prudential California Realty sales associates. The process for getting into the training session begins when you bring to the branch office your receipt for passing the California real estate agent’s license exam. Introductory Training is built on our organization’s Four Core Principles: Vision, Accountability, Personal Responsibility, and Commitment. The one week session covers a broad overview of what it’s like to be a real estate agent, providing valuable insight into our company and the many resources we offer our agents. Classes are structured in modules. There are breaks throughout the day, including at least one hour for lunch.

Subjects

Training subjects include: contracts, inspections, finance, marketing, technology tools, an introduction to our mortgage, title, and insurance “Family of Services” partners, personal growth and development, and much more. Managers or agents who specialize in these areas deliver the training.

Where

Introductory sessions are held at Prudential California Realty’s corporate headquarters at 5724 W. Las Positas Blvd. in Pleasanton.

When

New two-week sessions begin every six weeks and last eight days, Tuesday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
