I am writing this letter to express my sincere thanks to Angelique Brooks, my agent for 246 2nd St. Angelique is an excellent person to work with. She has abundant knowledge about the real state market and she's detail orientated with each part of the sale. Since it is a foreclosure property, Angelique had to oversee all the parties involved in the sale (title, asset management co, attorneys, etc) to make sure all things go smoothly. I have to say it was a difficult sale but with her diligent work, we pulled through.
