Buying or selling a home can be a very stressful time in your life.  Having a realtor assist you with all of the activity involved can make it a pleasurable experience.

I don't believe in asking a Buyer to buy a property that you are not sure will meet your needs.  I will help you get the best value for your money.  There will be no pressure from me to spend more than you can or live in area you do not want.

I don't believe in asking a Seller to sell a home when it is not the right time.  I will not pressure you to sell the home for less than it is worth, but I don't believe a house should be overpriced.  The selling price of a home is the price that a buyer is willing to pay for the home.  I will be honest with you with regard to your property.  I will offer advice on the preparation of your home for sale, hopefully without hurting any feelings as we prepare the house for it's new owner.

My fees as a listing agent will be the current market rate.  They are negotiable to a degree, but I feel I work hard to earn the fees that are charged.  All fees will be disclosed fully in your sales contract.  Remember, I DO NOT CHARGE BUYERS for my services.  I pride myself on my honesty and integrity.  I will serve you well as a proud Real Estate Professional.
