A thirty-seven year West County resident, I spent ten years working in all aspects of residential construction prior to beginning my real estate career, mainly in rural residential settings dealing with wells, septic systems, road construction etc. This experience has been invaluable in dealing with buyers and sellers of rural property in particular.
