Education: California State University, Sacramento. 2002-2006. Business Degree in Real Estate.

Background:  I have lived in Sacramento since 2002 and bought my first home in March of 2005.  I live in the community of Rosemont and love being a homeowner.  From mowing the lawns to installing surround sound stereo speakers and landscaping the backyard, I love constantly fixing and improving my home and know all about the ups and downs of being a homeowner. Mostly ups ;-)

I grew up in the beach town of Ventura, California.  I am the youngest of three with two older sisters.  Both of my parents have recently retired and are enjoying free time to travel and pick up new hobbies.  My oldest sister and brother-in-law have three young children.  My other sister is an elementary school teacher on the big island of Hawaii. Aloha!!

Growing up I did about every sport imaginable.  If it had wheels, a ball or a board I did it.  Eventually, I left most of the sports behind and focused on soccer.  I played varsity all four years of high school and won team MVP my senior year.

After graduating from Sac State and beginning my real estate career in 2006 I was lucky enough to be introduced to my wonderful, future wife.  We married in the summer of 2008 and we look forward to each new and exciting day together.

Interests: In the winter I enjoy snowboarding when i can find time to get to the mountain.  In the summer I divide my free time between wakeboarding, bike rides along the river and Bar-B-Qing with friends.

All year long I compete in mens indoor soccer and softball leagues.  I’ve been kicking the ball around since I was four and never plan to give it up.

On nights with free time and good weather I point my eyes towards the heavens.  I am an active member in the Sacramento Valley Astronomical Society.  In 2004 I hand built my own 8-inch Dobsonian telescope from scratch - ground the mirror by hand, built the wood base into my own unique design, and installed extra features like a cooling fan and glowing lights.

I enjoy watching all major sports, especially hockey, baseball and soccer.  Some of my other interests include going to the movies, local concerts, working on my house, golfing, going to the gym, basketball with the guys, local comedy clubs, racquetball, cooking dinner with my wife, and playing the guitar.
