Allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Franklin.  I arrived in 1998 to this wonderful country full of opportunities.  I attended a CSU Campus named California Maritime Academy where I graduated with a Bachelor in Marine Engineering Technology, and a US Coast Guard License as an Engineer Officer of Any Horsepower Vessel.  My previous job before becoming a Real Estate Agent was sailing as a Merchant Marine Officer on different types of US vessels around the world.

I always had a passion for real estate during and after my school days, reason why I then became an agent and joined one of the strongest Real Estate Companies in the nation, Prudential.  To achive my goals, I've applied and kept using three strong set of skills that are very powerful.  These are: Responsibilty, Dedication, and Education.  I'm a problem solver with a strong work ethic.
