Point Richmond is a peaceful community at the edge of the bay . . . a village where neighborhood and community are a priority, where history thrives next to progress . . . and quaint and cosmopolitan go hand in hand.  It is both a hidden and historic place.  Few people know about it--one of the Bay Area's last true villages.  Come visit and be pleasantly surprised!

I began my real estate career in the late 1970's in San Francisco, assisting developers and investors.  I have been a licensed real estate broker since 1986 and began work as a Broker Associate with Merrill Lynch Realty, which later became Prudential California Realty.  I operated my own brokerage in Point Richmond from 1998 through June 2006, when I was fortunate to be able to join forces with Prudential California Realty again in their new offices in the Historic Bank of Richmond Building!

I am also an "artist on ice" -- one of the growing number of adult figure skaters in the United States who have discovered the joy of this challenging sport at a later age.  I began at 45 and earned my Gold Medal in January 2004.  I am a frequent competitor and Gold Medalist in Bay Area competitions, as well as having earned a Silver Medal at the US Adult National Figure Skating Championships in Lake Placid, NY and Oakland, CA.  I am a 21-year resident of Point Richmond and believe that this community and location are among the BEST the Bay Area has to offer!

I have been the Point's mainstay real estate specialist for over 20 years.  During that period I have sold over 275 homes and properties in Point Richmond, accounting for a majority of sales by any one agent.  My neighborhood Newsletter has kept Point homeowners and buyers alike informed through bull and bear housing markets.  I have seen all aspects of the market through varying economic conditions and stayed true to my commitment to bring a professional level of representation to sellers and buyers in the area.  Since the beginning of my real estate career in the Point I have continued to market our town and my listings to potential buyers in ALL surrounding communities--Marin, East Bay, Sonoma and San Francisco -- knowing that it has taken that extra effort to expose this wonderful village atmosphere that sits in an urban environment with the BEST commute in all directions!
