Most agents spend the majority of their time and resources prospecting for new business with things like cold calling, door knocking, advertising, etc.
I don't do any of that.
I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after each transaction. All I ask is that while I am working with my clients, they refer me to people of comparable quality, who are in need of the Real Estate services I provide and who would appreciate the same level of service.
Working by referral leaves me more time to devote to my clients and to help all my clients live the good life.
