I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you what an excellent experience I had working with Jim Colhoun in purchasing my new home in Walnut Creek, CA.

As a lawyer as well as a licensed real estate broker in California and Georgia, I have worked with many agents over the past ten years.  I can sincerely say that Jim is, without a doubt, the very best of the best.

Jim handled every detail of the home search and purchase from start to finish, and he went above and beyond the call of duty to help us even after the closing.  Not only did Jim refer us to some exellent contractors (painter, handyman, etc), he practically served as a general contractor in making regular trips to our new home to supervise the contractors and provide us with status updates.
