I was particularly happy with how Larry made certain the loose ends were tied up; he did not just refer me to a lender but contacted a great home inspector and title company on my behalf. He also made sure that the house was ready when I moved in. The seller was assigned the task of servicing the fire place in my home.When it seemed that the job would'nt be done before move in, Larry stepped in and made certain the fire place was serviced. He met the repair company for an inspection and set up a time to do the work.
