I have worked with a number of real estate agents over the years.  I can honestly say Soraya is the best I have ever seen.  She did an excellent job for me on both the sale of my house in Kensington and a subsequent new purchase in Rockridge.  We met initially on both deals to discuss my goals and a timeline.  Soraya never strayed from either and always had my interest at heart.  Throughout the process Soraya was incredibly communicative and reliable.  She was able to work under difficult time-sensitive circumstances and pull off an amazing deal for me.  TWICE!

Beginning with our first meeting, Soraya told me what I could expect.  She outlined a timeline and a to-do list.  She arranged for an attractive brochure that presented my house at it's best...With respect to preparing the house for sale, Soraya introduced me to a stager, who carefully staged the house to show off its most attractive features.  To save money, I decided to do alot of the preparation work myself.  I got most of it done-but on the Saterday before the open house, I was far from complete.  Soraya was there to help.  One of the most remarkable things my fiancee claims he has never seen was a realtor, sleeves rolled up spreading wood chips in the flower bed.

She held a broker's opening that attracted a record number of realtors.  She arranged for a sunset reception for the neighborhood.  It was at the reception that the buyers, unbeknownst to me, made the decision to purchase my home...they enjoyed the view, the house and most of all the neighbors.
