For the seller: First impressions are so important, and with my expertise in architectural color design, I can apply the touches that accentuate a home’s character and beauty, maximizing ‘curb appeal’ and selling price.

As both a direct lender and a mortgage broker, we have the ability to streamline the lending process in-house or to conduct extensive searches - providing you with even more options and the most competitive rates.

Conventional fixed-rate and adjustable rate loans. Now up to $729,750 without having to pay jumbo loan rates. Government-Sponsored conventional programs also available.

FHA loans with low down payments and less-stringent credit requirements. Great for first-time homebuyers. Now with higher loan amounts, streamlined refinancing, and special financing for fixer-uppers.

Super Jumbo lending for larger loan amounts. Private Mortgage Banking with unlimited loan amounts and custom financing also available on a case-by-case basis.

Education Foundation

Our teachers are our most undervalued community resource. With difficulties throughout Berkeley and Oakland over contract negotiations, now more than ever it is important to support them. As a REALTOR I can help by donating $100 each time I close an escrow! You can get involved too!

The EDUCATION FOUNDATION was created to give recognition and a monetary grant to outstanding teachers in Northern California. All total, since 1992, our Foundation has given over $435,000 to 742 outstanding teachers.
